From Amazon to building my own things
Started as a Business Analyst at Amazon, grew into a Program Manager owning the Ship With Amazon vertical. Saved the company ₹2M per week. Then joined FloBiz's Founder's Office to build analytics and AI for India's largest SMB invoicing app. Now I ship my own products — because the best way to learn AI is to build with it every single day.
Building with AI as my co-pilot
I don't just use AI tools — I build the tooling. 22 Claude Code skills (morning planner, pulse check, meditation engine, knowledge base), 9 autonomous agents (security, QA, content listener, Kindle sender), and a full council pattern where every output passes through security → QA → approval before shipping.
Life beyond the screen
I trade 6E futures with a custom-built scanner that pulls sentiment from Reddit, Google News, and TradingView. I speak Hindi, English, Sanskrit, and French — currently learning Spanish and Punjabi. Founded an EdTech startup (UpSchool) in college and led fundraising for India Against Covid.
Shipping is the habit
250+ commits on Archana (live at myarchana.in). Replaced a ₹60K/month call analytics tool at 94% lower cost. Built a meditation engine with real nature videos. Automated Kedarnath helicopter bookings for a family pilgrimage. I don't do side projects — I ship products.
